A couple belly dancers I know have signed up for some thirty day fitness challenges, so I thought why not...and signed up for squats and dips...because I like doing both...which is kind of a cheat, but I look forward to doing a hundred dips by February...especially as I will be seeing my mystery man again about then.
Also anything that gets me in better shape for my bellydance show on the 25/26th can't be bad. We will be performing at the cockpit theatre in London if anyone wants to see me play with snakes, veils, and fans...xxx
